Lowertown Community

Saint Paul’s Lowertown Arts District is a vibrant community. Recently cited as “hippest zipcode” in the nation, and the most romantic city in North America, Saint Paul — and our Lowertown neighborhood in particular — has a great balance of urban sophistication and down-to-earth charm for working artists and their families.

The newest features of our neighborhood include the Metro Transit Green Line light rail train service and CHS Field, home of the Saint Paul Saints minor league baseball team.  We’re right next door to the Green Line’s first transit station (which helps get people to our building), and a few blocks from CHS Field.

But there’s so much more! Here’s a sampling.
