You’re invited! Lowertown Lofts Artist Cooperative is opening its virtual doors to the public during the Saint Paul Virtual Art Crawl. See the distinct art – created in a wide variety of media – that the LLAC artists have been working on while sheltering in place. We’ll be live-streaming and posting updates regularly throughout the three days.
For more than 30 years artists have been working and living in these studios, responding to life’s challenges by making art. In fact, the co-op itself began in response to a difficult situation: lack of affordable studios. Urban redevelopment had forced over 100 artist out of their downtown studios after bringing vitality to an otherwise moribund area.
Art sustains. Help sustain artists by engaging with our work and, if you’re able, making a purchase.
All online events during our virtual Art Crawl will be announced on this Events page and all events, videos and special features will be posted as available on our Blog page, so you can watch them whenever you want.
